jerky! the gift that keeps on giving!

So for Christmas this year Dan got me a food dehydrator among other things.

Why is this the best Christmas present ever you ask?

Why because it is the machine that creates beef jerky!!!

Why is this so awesome?

Because beef jerky (well jerky in general) is my FAVORITE FOOD EVER!!!!

Now i can make tons for CHEAP!

Which is great because I'M cheap!

So yeah, I'm making some right now, the first batch ever...hope it works out well! *fingers crossed*
